CANCELLATION POLICY

Moama Riverside Tourist Park will not be liable for any unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to floods, fire, pandemics, and catastrophes.

We recommend guests consider travel insurance at the time of booking.

• For cancellations 14 days or more before the arrival date, the amount refunded will equal the tariff paid less a $50 cancellation charge.
• For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the first night’s accommodation is nonrefundable, and a $50 cancellation fee applies unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.
• For cancellations on the arrival date, the booking must be paid in full, and there will be no refunds.
• For early departure, there will be no refunds.
