Cancellation Policy

 

The accommodation charge (hereafter referred to as tariff) is based on the number, age of guests and category of accommodation for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may result in an increase to the tariff and you agree to pay any increase at the time of change.

The tariff quoted is current at the time of booking and is inclusive of GST. The tariff only becomes firm upon full payment for the specified time and duration.

Only one promotional offer can be redeemed on any booking.

Promotional code or voucher discounts must be redeemed at the time of booking. Discounts will not be applied or refunded after a booking has been confirmed.

Any amount of the tariff which is outstanding at the time of check-in must be paid at check-in unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management prior to arrival.

Any additional charges incurred after check-in must be paid in full at the time they are incurred.

A booking may, subject to availability and park management approval, be changed, however in such circumstances the tariff may change depending on the new booking period and a fee may apply in respect of the change. You may hold credit on your client account for up to 12 months.

A group booking is when to two or more on-site accommodations bookings are made at the same time, or if park management is notified of two or more parties travelling together.

No refunds are given for early departures, or cancellations once you or your party has arrived at the park. If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10:00 on the day after your scheduled arrival date then your booking will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park for any reason we so determine in our discretion (including for our own purposes).

 

Online Bookings

The cabin and rate selected are non-refundable. If notice is received with intention to cancel a booking the tariff you have paid will be forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management. A booking may, subject to availability, be changed, however in such circumstances the tariff may change depending on the new booking period and a fee may apply in respect of the change. You may hold credit on your client account for up to 12 months.

 

Seasonal Bookings and Tariffs

In addition, to the above conditions, the below booking and tariff conditions apply to all bookings made during their respect periods.

‘Off Peak’

(Which refers to all periods not covered by Shoulder & Peak)

Single booking cancellations: Where the booking is a single booking relating to only one on-site accommodation, and that booking is cancelled:

  • 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less a $50 cancellation charge;
  • less than 14 days prior to arrival, the tariff you have paid will be forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.

Group booking cancellations: Where the booking is a group booking which relates to two or more on-site accommodations, and that booking is cancelled:

  • 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less a $50 cancellation charge;
  • less than 30 days prior to arrival, the tariff you have paid will be forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.

If the booking is made online the above conditions titled ‘Online Bookings’ also applies.

 

‘Shoulder’

(Which applies to but not limited to school holidays [excluding Christmas school holidays], Echuca Rod Run, ANZAC, Queen’s Birthday, Special Events & Long weekends which are not ‘Peak’ weekends from September through to April)

Single booking cancellations: Where the booking is a single booking relating to only one on-site accommodation, and that booking is cancelled:

  • 21 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less a $50 cancellation charge only if the on-site accommodation is resold by park management;
  • less than 21 days prior to arrival, the tariff you have paid will be forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.

Group booking cancellations: Where the booking is a group booking which relates to two or more on-site accommodations, and that booking is cancelled:

  • 45 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less a $50 cancellation charge only if the on-site accommodation is resold by park management;
  • less than 45 days prior to arrival, the tariff you have paid will be forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.

If the booking is made online the above conditions titled ‘Online Bookings’ also applies.

 

‘Peak’

(Which applies to but not limited to Christmas school holidays, Australia Day, Southern 80, Riverboats Music Festival, Labour Day, Easter, Winter Blues, Melbourne Cup, Public Holidays and Long weekends)

Single booking cancellations: Where the booking is a single booking relating to only one on-site accommodation, and that booking is cancelled:

  • 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less a $50 cancellation charge only if the on-site accommodation is resold by park management;
  • less than 60 days prior to arrival, the tariff you have paid will be forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.

Group booking cancellations: Where the booking is a group booking which relates to two or more on-site accommodations, and that booking is cancelled:

  • 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less a $50 cancellation charge only if the on-site accommodation is resold by park management;
  • less than 60 days prior to arrival, the tariff you have paid will be forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.

If the booking is made online the above conditions titled ‘Online Bookings’ also applies.
